Head Teacher
Kim – A qualified Montessori Primary and Early Years Teacher from Ireland. Kim always wanted to be a teacher since she was 3 years old and has been working within the education sector for over 10 years.
She is very passionate about forest school and it’s child centered approach to education. Kim is a passionate Head Teacher who believes children have a right to a childhood full of nature, imagination, creativity, fun and friends. She aims to empower children to make their own choices, explore their own interests and develop their ability to explore the world around them.
Kim loves travelling and spending time with her husband and two young children.
Nursery Manager
Sarah - A Montessori Primary School Teacher and forest school leader who believes in outdoor education. Sarah spent a lot of time outdoors as a child in Ireland. She is passionate about giving children the opportunity to learn at their own pace. Sarah loves the outdoors and believes that children need to be given the opportunity to explore and learn through the natural environment.
Deputy Manager
Euphrasie - A highly experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. Euphrasie has been working with children aged 0-5 years for the last 18 years. She loves working with children as she finds their ability to explore the world around them, learn about new experiences and develop new skills very interesting. She loves to contribute to each child's development and create positive experiences for them. In her spare time she enjoys to read, swim and travel with her own children.
Early Years Teacher
Raquel - An experienced Early Years Teacher and a lover of outdoor education. Raquel believes that the forest school ethos of our setting supports children holistically. She enjoys supporting children to build resilience and confidence to problem solve. She thinks forest school gives Early Years children the best possible start to their education journey.
Forest School Teacher
Ruth - An enthusiastic forest school leader with lots experience in Early Years settings, mostly in forest school nurseries. Ruth's enthusiasm for forest school activities is likely to be contagious, and is inspiring the children to develop a love for nature and the outdoors that will last a lifetime.

Anna is passionate about delivering high quality outdoor learning experiences to little people. Anna loves to motivate and create fun and thriving learning opportunities. She feels that by creating a safe environment, helps children to explore and be active in their learning. She believes that children learn best in the great outdoors, and she hopes to help our forest school warriors!
Forest School Teacher
Ade - loves to work with children in the forest and provide them with opportunities to explore and go on adventures. She enjoys reading and singing with children and shares her passion of outdoor education with our children.
Early Years Teacher
Sophie - An energetic forest school teacher who is passionate about fostering a reciprocal relationship with nature and learning practical skills to live more sustainably. Sophie loves supporting children in the early years and has just completed her Level 3 in Childcare with School Outdoors Dulwich. She loves gardening and has passed her passion onto our forest children children. Sophie is currently doing her L3 Forest School Leader course.
